The detection on the patterns you have to draw are garbage, half the time it doesn't read your input. Other than that it's a pretty solid game with underrated music.

I like the minigame collections (twisted is the best), warioland 4 and admittedly world. I want to see world's issues fixed in wario world 2 but it will never happen.

the museum level is such a bad level to suffer through so early on. its seriously as bad as some god forsaken sewer level in other games.

When I was a kid, the only Mario game I had was Paper Mario. I was a fucking asshole who didn't know english so I barely touched it.
Got a Gamecube before the Wii came out, by months, since it was at a discount with Melee.
Months pass, I look for Sunshine to no avail, end up finding a used copy of Wario World.
Holy shit. Amazing music, kino gameplay, swinging the fuck out of enemies, piledriving them, EEEEXCELENTE and WAAANDERFUL all the way.
The image of Wario sitting in his castle surrounded by gold and jewels is still etched in my mind, something I wish I had but never will.

I'm just happy Wario has a friend. No one should be alone : )

Dedede is spectacular. Sure he has some annoying memelord fans, but so does any popular and funny character. While his character has declined considerably since Sakurai and Shimomura left Hal, he hasn't fallen into the lowpoint of mischaracterization that Wario unfortunately has, and he's still somewhat enjoyable.

In all honesty I like Wario games more than Mario games, both 2D and 3D.

I love classic Wario. Yes, I know his grossout personality was always there but it wasn't his entire character. He was strong, confident and not afraid to make himself known.

Wario Land 2 and Wario Land 4 are the best ones, but they're all pretty good.

Wario Land and anything after that are all great games.
Cant really speak for the VB game.
Wario Woods isn't exactly what Iwould call a Wario game, either.

I also liked his sunnier side seen in the earlier games. He's a big terrifying greedy brute that lives all alone in his castle and he probably clears villages just by arriving, but he's still pretty happy-go-lucky and friendly in his own way. He just doesn't care about what people think of him and does as he pleases, good or not, but that doesn't make him evil.

wario himself as a character is based but people who have them as their favorite mario character are pretty cringe.

I won't ever tell you who I like until you personally ask me. I just don't have the urge to talk about stuff I like because I personally find it annoying.

Every Wario Land game is worth playing for their own reasons as they're all reasonably different except for Shake It, which is good but essentially a follow up to 4, and Master of Disguise which is just bad. I'm kind of iffy on Wario World but it gets good near the end despite having a terrible final boss. SML2 is also worthwhile to see him as a villain.

WL2 is the best in the series and one of the best games of all time.
