Realistically speaking Tali is the only one likely to be one but there's no guarentee there given she never indicated she was. The Quarian immune system issue, her youth, and the lack of any mention of prior boyfriends is decent evidence though.

That might be true of the West today. But Mass Effect takes place in a future where people have had opportunity to learn from the mistakes of the past (today). Presumably with certain parts of life having long gone to shit and perspective from colony worlds in the stars there might have been opportunity to question blameless sexual hedonism for women (the main culprit for the cultural reality you describe) having no long term negative consequences and no-fault divorce being a good idea.
