both Warrior Within and Two Thrones, though I spent way more hours in WW than in Thrones
the one where he's white
Sands of time, it really blew me away at the time. The others were better in slight ways but never struck me the same way as sands did, probably just because it was the first one. It also was a great time for me in my life, for a large part of my childhood my parents would ask what I wanted at Christmas, I'd say something, then not get that thing because it cost too much or whatever, but when I asked for sands of time my dad actually bought it for me and I loved it more for that reason, too. Thanks for reading my blog.
The first one is objectively the best but Warrior Within will always have a special place in my heart.
Two Thrones is abit of a guilty pleasure for me personally.
that's nice user
two thrones had me like WOAH
Warrior within. The free-flow combat system, the shifting castle, the Dahaka chases, it was just all around amazing.
Funny, I got Prince of Persia from my father too. It was a whole trilogy in one boxset for ps2, and like the ultimate retard I am, I started playing from Two Thrones because I thought it was the first one.
I liked how open it felt too, it felt like you could always revisit areas you already went through and unlock more shit and secrets. Peak open and linear level design combination.
like PoP2
Prince of Persia
for me, it's two thrones
2008
>Two Thrones is abit of a guilty pleasure for me personally
Face the facts user, its the worst of the main 3.
I just really like it because its got some of the best Prince dialogue, and playing as Dark Prince was a good power trip
Whole trilogy is good. Don't listen to niggers that call WW bad just because it's a little edgy.
You posted it.
I actively disliked WW because it shat on multiple things that made SoT good. TTT was a considerable improvement over WW.
2008 had a shitload of soul but a shitload of dumb padding ruined it.
Never played the last one.
Also, hated the original PoP. I was too dumb for it when I played it as a child.
Sands of Time.
It feels like PoP games grew up with playerbase.
Kid(SoT)-EdgyTeen(WW)-EdgyTeenButLessEdgy(TT)
Was this any good?
sands of time I found warrior within too difficult as a kid but complete maybe half the game?
two thrones seemed kinda shit
If you enjoy walking sims
Stop talking like a massive shitlicking faggot, jesus fucking christ.
my favorite one
>Never played the last one.
I thought Forgotten Sands was a good enough game.
Stellar argument you got there, probably inbred
it was too easy but it was a quality game. Sadly ubisoft sold the true ending als dlc.
>Stellar argument you got there
>Sadly ubisoft sold the true ending as dlc.
NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ITS NOT REAL NOOOOOOOOOOO
Quit posting pictures of your self moron. I don't care about your reaction to my posts.
The dlc sucked ass, base game's ending was way better.
The original, Sands of Time and the 2008 reboot.

The answer is damn obvious. Shit I miss this Prince.
Nice selfie lmao
this, never shouldve made it
>Quit posting pictures of your self moron
Sands of Time is shit because it's one of those "where the fuck do I go" kind of games.
You do care. Otherwise you could just ignore.
The game literally shows you where to go.
No hes right, i got lost quite a bit aswell.
But then again im retarded so idk
i beat SoT as a kid no problem
These reaction images suck.
Stop avatarfagging
It couldn't possibly be more linear.
The one where the barefooted waifu follows you everywhere but never explains why she never had shoes on but slides down rocky mountains and shit
based soijak poster dabbing on retardera tourists
WW
Sands of Time is one of my all-time favourite games.
Absolutely perfect balance of well-done puzzles, revolutionary platforming, unique and fun combat, great story and perfect level design, not the mention the god-tier OST.

I'd fucking kill for a proper remaster of it, even though I still replay it every year.
Probably Black Flag. Being a pirate was fun as fuck, best main character who had soulful development, story was good, world was massive and fun to sail around in. Customizable ship and your own fleet with captured ships were fantastic. Modern Day story was pretty neat and revitalized it by taking it in a unique and interesting direction. Was a solid basis for bridging the series to a new direction.
I think i missed some health upgrades as a kid in SoT, but i didnt get lost.
based
do these games work on Steam or are they typical Ubisoft abandonware lacking even the most basic compatibility/controller support
SoT worked flawlessly, but i had to refund WW because it wasnt compatible with my CPU or something, havent tried TT
Yikes, kiddo. You're in the wrong class and you aren't wearing any pants.
it was hard to play that game with a boner all the time
SoT worked fine for me on Win10. Not sure about controller support, I got used to kb+m controls as a kid so I played with it.
Normal people guy/pirate the GOG versions and check PCGamingWiki for fixes, mainly effects to disable cause they work poorly on modern GPUs and how to make XInput gamepads work better.
You Gabensuckers are at the mercy of Ubisoft, I guess. Just buy PS4s and be done with it, honestly.
Controller support is fine with XInput+ or AntiMicro or just if you have a DirectInput gamepad. Dunno if those future PS4 gamers will be able to handle setting it up though.
>Yikes, kiddo. You're in the wrong class and you aren't wearing any pants
>good
Yes, but it has flaws.
It's worth a playthough if you have a lot of time on your hands. Otherwise, skip it.
Iagree. I always looked at the princes' muscles
Christ this thread has so many autists in it.
Thank you OP for making a PoP thread but unfortunately it has been contaminated
Reminder to report all wojak avatarfaggers
>play sands of time without diying up to where farah takes the dager from you
>somehow he knows it has magic powers
Everybody get a load of this nerd
sands of time, two thrones, tossup between them.
I went back and played the original and it doesn't really hold up, how disappointing.
>Reminder to report all wojak avatarfaggers
the only reason i like SoT over WW and TTT is simply cuz of story and ending, gameplay is better in the latter ones
I liked both SoT and WW. TT was a letdown for me, because I was waiting for different ending if you find all life extensions like with WW, but literally nothing changed. And it was silly when TT keps a lot of attacks from WW combat system, but didn't keep the gore.
Sands of Time had the best soul/puzzles/platforming, WW had the best combat, but honestly I liked Two Thrones the best because it had the best combination of all the aspects. It was just solid overall. I also thought the stealth puzzles were pretty fun.
why didnt yuri voice the prince in ww, was he not edgy enough. also how did people beat the real final boss in ww, i remember using the roll to the side > roll forward stab > repeat strategy because fuck that boss
The ending to Two Thrones was one of the most memorable times when a game left me in awe..
I
STAND ALONE
INSIDE I
Same for me, but with Sands of Time. Pretty much the most PERFECT ending a game could get.
I liked SoT the best. It was the perfect arabic tale from start to finish.

WW was also good, but from different angle. Combat system was very satisfying and new soundtrack really was made for it. Dahaka also was scary as fuck and it was all the more rewarding to finally beat his ass with water sword.
TT on the other hand felt kind of rushed. When they tried to combine atmosphere of SoT and WW, but kinda failed in it. Dark Prince combat felt lackluster and returning back to small dagger of time as the main weapon after WW was like a step back. Also, hated all these mandatory speed kills. The boss fight with two huge guys after the chariot chase was like hell because of this.
