No, all these games will do well although I expect Cyberpunk to fall below some of the high expectations that have been set.
Not to say I think it'll be a bad game, just that it wont live up to the hype that surrounds it.

i had a great time with doom eternal, and really looking forward to playing RE3. playing REmake and Dead Space 2 in anticipation. I'm very tempted to get a VR headset too now, Alyx looks amazing. forgot how much i missed the HL universe.

i agree with this assessment, it'll succeed, i see a strong 7/10 on release but it won't live up to the mammoth hype it has, DLC might push it over the line into 8.
