Damage is gear related, like in this case +50% ability damage for the set you can get for story related side-quest, otherwise the ability itself is trash and can't even kill because enemies are level scaled after they level gate. The only reason they are able to be killed in one hit or ability activation is the gear bonus. Defeats the purpose of assassinating, if you can't even assassinate.

Ok, that image definitely is touched up in photoshop, but it's a pretty major operation to stretch someone's entire torso, you'd have to recreate the entire middle section of the image for it to be convincing and not just warping it (which I don't think it has been) Are you sure it isn't just the results of a very low focal length lens?
