Violet for sure, Green and Amber give you some bigass targets to attack, but Violet is a test of how well balanced your damage types are

Violet, no contest. You can hide in elevators from Amber and slowly attack and kill each worm. Green you can dodge laser with use of elevator or simply kill it fast. Violet even when you what to do is still hard and can go badly. You are screwed if you have this during Hokma suppression

If you watch a gameplay vid you should find everything you need to know since the core gameplay isn’t as nuanced, minus the special boss battles and end conditions

first thing that you likely you don't know, higher level of EGO the less damage it takes/more damage it deals. Zayin armor takes 20/50/100% more damage from HE/WAW/ALEPH tier of weapon/abnormalities. While ALEPH armor takes 60/40/30/20% less damage from ZAYIN/TETH/HE/WAW.
Some of your agents still wear ZAYIN armor which is suicide against WAW/ALEPH enemies.
Second your agents are very understated, to train agents adequately you need to train them on higher threat abnormalities, training agent with lvl 2 Fortitude on TETH abnormality gives okay number of stats, while lvl 4 on TETH gives almost no stats.
Only taking TETH fucks you up more than you think, FACE THE FEAR is motto of LC because you'll have to take HEs and WAWs (then ALEPHs) for good armor, weapon and stat training

I had actually completely forgot how extreme the damage scaling was with armor, so thanks for that tip.
As for the whole training thing, I've legitimately just been very unlucky with my options, the game hasn't given me many choices for HE/WAW.

You should do apposite. Get annoying abnos first so you can focus on getting other after big restart. Also you would need to get "annoying" WAW again to get additional EGO set post Gebura suppression unless you want to do endgame with people wearing HE

I got Plague Doctor in day 46. I think its possible to beat him up in all days. But best to have it earlier so you can at least farm his Wing gift before endgame

First restart was just because the game was getting to hard
Second was due to me getting the god tier combo of the train + the plant mother that gets annoyed when ignored
Third was due to me having the mountain, the monk, and magic girl, making it so if enough clerks died my entire facility practically exploded
And the most recent one was because I dropped the game for like 3 months, so I wanted a fresh save when I picked it back up
user I've done that, I have like 60%~ of the index done
