I beat the game on my first maybe? playthrough and never picked it up again. What other shit do i miss out on?

Reaching the end of the world, other companions, playing with other classes, other endings, etc.
It's ultimately a pretty simple game though, but playing it with other people in a thread is also fun since their dead bodies show up in your run via ghosts.
You can pretty much end it on your own terms for a quick and easy ending, or pursue one of the more difficult ones for bragging purposes.

The very first run of OWH is basically a tutorial that nigh auto-wins the final battle for you by summoning strong allies out of nowhere to help you fight the boss.
And also spawns said final boss after the first couple of regions instead of the usual lengths.
