I'd give this game a 10/10, but hotline miami was so incredibly shit I have to dock some points for that. The developers probalby had no clue what they were doing in hindsight 8,2/10.

Oh come on Hotline Miami 2 wasn't bad at all, the level design wasn't on par with the first game, but I think the great characters and story made up for it. I will agree that the sequels music was worse though.
