Yeah but not for preorders. The current ruleset is in place for the next two weeks, so the Sunday before the Friday of release day. If they have it so you can pick up preorders by then, great. If not, I am out 85 bucks for literally nothing.

I suggest not going digital willy nilly. The second the game releases, the store will crash and downloads interrupt.
