Alright so Bitterback and anything else I'm missing, then the wakestones quest and finish the game.

You can grab some wakestones andf gain some levels in the everfall then go to BBI, you'll need them. It's the best part of the game and the best gear is there but it's way harder.

Keep in mind BBI is very difficult. So make sure to be well leveled and geared before setting off

BBI is piss easy, it has explosive barrels in like every fucking room that 1-2 shot anything short of a dragon, followed by a room with I think 50 dragons spit items that respawn, which are basically barrels you don't need to pick up and stunlock everything short of a dragon to death.
Dragon's go down via humping the blind spots.
Golems can't do shit you hump blind spots also.
Same for the final boss.

Probably if the game was complete we would get even more Fantasy anime stuff since the base was suposed to be only the begining

I love the game, I really do, but the atmosphere of BBI feels so different from the base game that it puts me off from playing it. Farthest I've been is the one where there's two giant gorecyclopes, I think? on the PS4. I bought the game again on the switch and hopefully this time I finally get the gumption to finish the game fully. But, damn, night time in the game is so horrible, feels like I'm playing the PS3/360 version again. Also movement feels wonky, if I move my character right, he walks but if I move my character left, he runs like normal.

Ok, help bros, I'm semi stuck at BBI, my gear is too shit to kill skelly dragon, am I stuck trying to grind some good loot from everfall or re-running BBI til I get some good shit? I mostly have like.. the best gear that the world pre-gregori-eating-shit could offer but it doesn't really hold up. I've just been running the main story a couple of times and well, haven't helped.

Try to go where the goblins are on the side of the road. It has been some time but IIRC it should be around here and the place where there were harpies on the road. Just walk around in that area, this guy is really annoying to bring down.

consumables, periapts and shit. BBI sucks when you're undergeared but it's got the best loot.

pack an enchanted weapon, there's one enemytype you can't do physical damage to.

I played Magic Knight and Assassin but I kind of disliked magic knight.
I'm thinking of doing full Sorcerer but I feel like casting the biggus dickus spells will get boring after I'm halfway through.

I like magic knight but i only wish the buffs would last longer, even with the augment it still wears off too quickly.

BBI just feels like a series of borderline copy pasted corridors intersparced with identical circular rooms with dragons or giants in them. It took me very little time to beat it and it was a very mindless experience.
The only neat area is the little villlage part way through, but its full of enemy pawns, which means instantly finding and rushing the enemy mage before he summons a tornado and instantly kills you

Magic Knights my favorite. I enjoy parries, magical swords, etc. Eternal Anguish gives you basically DMC4 Dante's stinger.

I agree with this though. Especially when fighting via grabs sincey ou only do good damage with anguish thanks to its lack of grab moves and have to constantly fall off to recast it.

You can just do the Duke's Manse after completing the Greatwall. Once Grigori flies away the beloved is locked so Aelinore will rape your body but your heart is safe.

your beloved is whoever you interacted with last if the affection levels are the same (maxed out).

Exactly, Aelinore's affinity quest is the absolute last one you can do, so if you do it before the Greatwall there's no way to get Mercedes if you free Aelinore from the Duke's Manse since Mercedes' affinity quest is absolutely require to progress the game, locks her out for the rest of the game and can only be done BEFORE Aelinore's.

Anyone else just get bored by BBI.
I just can't be arsed to grind to get the high levels and gear enough to beat it.
