versus crusade sold terribly, and was incredibly broken. It had the same sort of balance choices as the tenkaichi games, where popularity tied to game power, and it was silly because if you just played grimmjow ulq or byakuya you'd win every fight. I think it was byak that had the lower shunpo cooldown too so it was, again, to draw a parallel, like having a base character with one of the tenkaichi 3 god potaras on him.
