Judging by the demo, I feel like Nemesis is a bit too fast. Also, that street full of neons looked rather generic. It lacks character.

I played REmake 2, i really liked it because as i've said it remained true to the soul of the game.
It's still a survival horror, you're constantly on the edge lacking ammo and healing items, knowing that each time you have to make a choice when you encounter an enemy. There was legit moments when i was always screaming because i did not expect the tyrant or the sewer fuckers to be where they were.
I'm not a fan of first person perspective, but 7 had that feel of the second and third RE captured pretty accurately. You're paranoid of umbrella, it looks like this extremely evil and mysterious corpo that you know nothing about while solving puzzles, gathering supplies and just trying to progress.
But as soon as the 4 comes out...it just fucking turns to shooty rooty big gun lol explode heads of zombies big muscles punch rocks and it gets worse incrementally.
