This card made me no for sure that the ARtifact devs had no idea how to balance. Who in their right mind would give blue 'Get Initiative' cards? It should have remained a Red and Black only mechanic. Giving it to blue ruins the 'color pie'. There was a reason every top deck at the end of the game's lifespan was mono-blue.
Lock was an awful mechanic. Artifact 2 needs to be more for the hardcore crowd, like it was originally marketed for. They said it'd be for the hardcore then put in a shitload of RNG.
