JSRF is the most requested OG Xbox game after Crimson Skies. Its just the JSR community found out most of the problem is that the record label who own most of the soundtrack (As a lot of it was original music made for the game by electronica and hip hop groups) went out of business. It's being held in a trust by a group of Beastie Boys fans (As they owned the label) and they have said if Sega and MS approach, they will help. But there's also a lot of issues with sample clearances as well as some of the tracks who weren't. It's not that Sega and MS don't want to release it. It just needs a lot of legal work.
