Sell fish and do other things to increase your miles, buy a 2000 mile ticket to the island and then you'll go to an island with other rocks. You can also purchase tools from the guy on the airplane, for 100 miles each.

I didn't think I would like this game, my first experience with it. But I love it so much.

I found out a pretty good money farming method if you don’t want to time travel, just go to a mystery island (idk if the bamboo ones are better for this) but put all the trees in a perimeter using fruit, then go when tarantulas come out and keep catching them (scare away other bugs) also put all the flowers on the beach as items
