Eh, it's a roll of the dice these days. It was definitely shit lib tier in terms of it's politics but as long as they get writers who know how to get good world building , have good taste in music, and can attract a good cast of voice actors then it's going to be exactly the same as the 1st game.
Even if the combat is shit and the game is buggy as all hell people will overlook it for the creativity. I want to have hope man. There's still talent out there and Paradox has a decent track record.
