Our publisher fucked us over and they've stolen over 100 grand from us by not paying out royalties. They've publicly said they're 'making it right' but they have no intentions to return it or pay us for current/future sales.
Here's some steam keys that you should be able to use with the regular steam emulators that are floating around, the cracked versions I'm aware of are a couple patches behind.

It's Squeenix, they don't fix shit. The fucking Australian release of Drakengard 3 has the Japanese voice DLC not work at all and they never patched it.

That's one of the plans, the more active one got delayed by the epidemic going on.
They got 10% of Platnum's kickstarter money, so that's around 200k. They have 30k of operating expenses a month (probably more since Judd can't embezel money from DDM anymore) and close to 0 income from there games, so they'd be able to hold out until next year if they don't take the money and run.

We tried that, some of them refuse to cover it due to it being niche, a few are buddies with Judd (including the usual suspect who'd report on something like this, Jason Schrier), and others just won't respond.

Well it's pretty simple, they didn't follow the contract, and due to us not having money (because we weren't paid) and them being legally protected by being located in Japan we can't sue them.
Please don't buy the game until the DLC is released. Once that's out that means we've fixed it, as there's no way in hell I'm just gonna give them more money.
