the h-scenes should either be as part of the core gameplay mechanic, and thus would not interrupt normal gameplay- or be a reward for doing well, not for failing
why the porn in a porn game is the fucking defeat reward is beyond me, it just fucks up the entire flow of the game and in most cases causes you to either restart a hundred times to get to the next scene or skip the entire porn segments just to get to the end, and invalidate the entire point of mixing game with porn. you might as well just make an animation gallery at that point, which is why i usually just watch the scenes on some pornsite instead
