Havent read past the epilogues, but seeing that John is dead in one reality and a family father trying to be a good example for his son just like his own father was in the other, I highly doubt it, he has tried to be the most normal human until the very end of the story.
Many charachter assasinations happened in the story, but this is the most unlikely.

The story behind June is that a fan found one of Hussie’s Hidden Toblerones (which he hid around the world for some reason, don’t ask) and used it to wish for June Egbert to be canon, which Hussie agreed to. As of now nothing has happened as a result of this in the story but the possibility of it being made real is a very real potentiality. For now, though, you can just ignore it.

The epilogues are actually a fascinating piece of literature because you're going to get nostalgic to parts in homestuck that were terrible but are now even further ruined by bad writing.
