It won't be good until they learn what made the trilogy so good and also introduce some mechanics that aren't fucking universal garbage like mobility. Halo 3 had the right idea with equipment, halo gameplay should be focused on weapon and map control, equipment was genius. Cool mechanics can e introduced without making it omniprescent.
Add an equipment that lets you apply low gravity to yourself, slow down time of everything in an area of choosing (like a grenade) or a power up that lets you walk up walls. Give alternate fire modes to all the covenant guns so they aren't just reskins of UNSC shit. Add more vehicles and make BTB battlefield fuck huge.
Playable elites and armor unlocks based on challenges not fucking SOULLESS CREDITS
