i didnt like witcher 2 so i never bought witcher 3
simple as

hard to say. I just never had fun.

has like 200+++ hours worth of content and a combat system that gets boring after the initial 10 hours

Shit combat
Shit world
Shit ui

I simply cannot like anything that is popular.

gameplay is boring
world is shallow
main story isn't interesting

Finished the base game, thought it was okay at best

I honestly just didn't like the sword swinging dancing stuff.

The only quest worth doing is the Baron's, and it gives it to you almost immediately. Pretty graphics aren't going to trick me into thinking it's a good game, there's no likeable characters and it's two steps away from being a Bethesda game with all of the buggy repetitive motions you have to go through.
