It's not cracked, it simply has no Denuvo, and it's not the first time they fuck it up like this. The Bethesda Launcher version of Rage 2 accidentally had no Denuvo.
Plus, on Steam, they already removed any mention of Denuvo, which means they are probably going to remove it, just like they did with Rage 2 after the fuck up.

It's not the first time they do it, back when Rage 2 came out, the version in the Bethesda Launcher accidentally had no Denuvo either.
They removed Denuvo from the Steam version a few days later because of it.

Denuvo by itself works as a DRM, it's just devs fuck it up all the time, like half the times Denuvo got cracked is because devs did something stupid like this.
To the point where less and less games are bothering with it.
In the end Denuvo was just to satisfy shareholders, it wasn't about stopping piracy, and if they keep seeing fucks up like this, Denuvo might end up being ignored in the future.
