I guess so, by all means, that's the only dramatic Finish UI Goku can actually have. His previous fight with Jiren was unresolved, and the later one, was finish by team work (and is already a Dramatic Finish). So it's the grind beam, or nothing. Same for Kefla of course, her only real fight after all.
