What's your ideal canon Star Wars game?

play jedi outcast/academy with realistic saber turned on

Basically a Fallen Order sequel/spinoff where you play as an Inquisitor.
Remove the bulk of the grunt encounters and instead make it a boss rush type game where you take down Jedi after Jedi following Order 66.

Tweak the combat so that instead of having a health bar, the main difficulty level makes most lightsaber hits lethal and there is more of a focus on blocking and dodging to stay alive. Same goes for the enemies who can no longer tank attacks.

>two sides, Jedi and Sith
>character editor
>Mass Effect companion and conversation system (TOR had kino moments and voice acting)
>very different combat styles depening on single lightsaber, dual wield, and doublesaber
>force powers like magic in dark souls
>combat like sekiro, with a Force "hint" to help you with the parries
>tought but common enemies using lightsaber

I'd love to see an implementation of the seven lightsaber styles similar to the different fighting styles in Jade Empire.
Each offers different character animations, bonuses/buffs, and moves to learn. You can unlock more with skill points and could focus all on one style that gets more complex the more you spend into it or be a jack of all trades, etc.

Some alternate timeline games would be great. The DLC for Force Unleashed that had us destroy the rebelion and kill Luke was fucking awesome. Not technically canon, but more of a "what if". Like a game based around if Maul had succeeded in killing Anakin.

set in the old republic, you can choose to be a freeroamer, bounty hunter, millitary for any faction or a jedi/sith and just do some missions, exploration or even politics

Something like Outcast or Academy but the swordplay tutorial is Luke vs Vader on Death Star 2 and afterwards you go on to clean up Imperial Remmant and recruit students for the new Jedi academy as Luke. The villain could be an Imperial Admiral who goes to Korriban after the death of the Emperor to learn the ways of the Sith just to defeat Luke and the new Jedi.

I would love something like Witcher 3 were you play as either a jedi or a sith.
Open world action rpg, with several planets to travel to, build your own ship, get a crew of followers. More or less like KOTOR but action rpg. With a main solid story but not totally linear, being able to roam around helping others as a jedi or fucking them as a sith.

I liked how most of the combat animation in KotOR was weapon clashes and then the killing blow would actually make contact. Sekiro-style comabt really suits Lightsabers too.
