There's a ton of discrepancy across the versions of VTM when it comes to bodily fluids. The 1st edition explanation was that all body fluids were/are blood, but had Blush of Life, which had little mechanical impact.

2nd expanded Blush to allow for Vampires to pass as human, eating food, etc.

Revised helped this, saying that Vampires could use Blood to mimic living anatomy, allowing them to produce normal liquids and even digest food if they "turned on" the right organs. Though it was a downside because they'd be wasting Bloodpoints and getting zero sustenance, so basically eating normal food made them hungry.

So far as I can tell, VTMB is based heavily on Revised and 2e.

In the TT games, Vampires CAN have sex, but they don't. They have dead bodies so they don't have the nerve endings to feel sex. So while they can spend blood for an erection or lube, there's no sexual sensation whatsoever. Most instances of Vampires having sex are with mortals and part of seducing them. Two Vampires having sex almost never happens because neither of them are getting of from it, it's just two corpses slapping away impotently at one another.

Jeanette's getting something from it though. She even has a black book full of rankings of how good they are.

It depends on the edition, 20th and v5 made Vampires heavily associate sex with feeding and they have feeling now. It's also really prevalent because weak-gen and thinbloods are effectively the main characters.
