Marathon has a lot of good ideas under the hood, but the execution just sucks. And the level design in Durandal and Infinity becomes and absolute shitshow by the later half of each game.

I love Marathon Saga (I'm a Boomer) but it's not going to work with Bungie in this era.

It was a good game overall and unlike DOOM you can actually aim EVERYWHERE.
