Going with Joshua even if you spare Salt-Upon-Wounds just ends up with tribals mistaking everything about the Mormon's teachings

I guess it depends on what your own beliefs are, i like the idea of running away and let the White Legs cuck themselves by poisoning Zion Valley and then end up disappearing because they don't know how to survive without raiding.

The lesson (at least in my opinion) is that evil ends up consuming itself, it happens for the White Legs if you decide to run away and it is something that also happened to Joshua when he was a Legate.

At least for me, i found it nice that Daniel is trying to find "Zion", which is what i assume is heaven for Mormons and that even though giving up the valley sucks it's worth it in the end because you get to earn something greater and eternal

I never side with Joshua because i don't like how it ends for the tribes, it's almost as if he is still the Legate but for the Dead Horses instead. I also like that the choice is conflicting, both choices in paper are good but it still makes you think a lot.
If there is something i don't like about FO1 and FO2 is, as much as i love these games, unless i'm mistaken there is always an objective good choice that ends up overshadowing every other decision.
