Is there any way to find secret areas other than walking into every wall of every area?

You sell the higher level crop/seed and then you can buy seeds of the same level in the shop. If you happen to find crops/flowers while exploring that are a higher level, shove them in your shipping box and you can skip levels. I skipped to level 9 pineapples that way.

Also when leveling crops, do I need to sell the lvl2 veggie or the lvl 2 seed to make the store lock in the new crop lvl?

Either works. I personally am using my main fields to grow a fuck ton of the most useful thing currently in season and then the season fields are dedicated to leveling their respective crops or growing things that take a really long time.

Just take your time and enjoy the game, there's no rush to do anything. There's a bunch of mechanics that are pretty obtuse but part of the fun for me was figuring shit out.

No, just learn at your own pace and have fun. Game has a shit load of mechanics and all kinds of shit to level and master, so if you try to max efficiency right out of the gate as a new player you're gonna burn out quick.

there's nothing pushing you to rush, you can play as slow as you want. Only thing you could really miss in this game is Marg not learning her healing spell or something (she learns it when you date her irrc) because you married someone too soon without dating Marg. Also, some festivals get harder to win.
there's always new game+ once you beat the story so you can have all the orders unlocked from the start for cool shit (i think this is how some people do lvl 1 no exp runs)

I think you need Dylas and Amber at a certain LP but a town event should trigger. It's called Memories and it's random so you might want to use the event reset trick.

You have to wait for an event day to come around and it will trigger. I had an event already running at the time so I had to wait for that to go through and then wait about a week after that one ended for it to start.

It's not random in RF4S, it will happen on the next possible event day after interacting with Venti's spot unless some other event is still active.

how do i make the most op magic staff? i'm level 60, just unlocked idra cave, forging is at 51.

also, how do i level my seeds? i have silver sickle and my turnips are not going past level 5 for like 3 weeks now.

Also use dragon bones for its insane charge 3. It's a homing, multi-hit electric ball that ignores magic defense entirely. You can melt bosses in seconds even if they out level you by miles.

You have to be dating them, have gone on three dates, gotten a double bed and made an engagement ring, and seen their engagement event. You can't marry Dolce or Leon until after Arc 1 and Doug until after Arc 2.

Yes, you have to trigger an prerequisite event that's about them (example being Dolce's event where Pico is running around with the sign) and then the next romance-only event about them.

Damn, only level 60? I guess higher difficulties really do boost XP gain to crazy levels. I finished Act 1 at like 65 on Hell, and I didn't really spend any time grinding.

Confessions are on a per level basis so if you already did on their current level they simply brush it off every time.
So you want to get their FP right before the next level and just save scum until they accept

To be completely honest I find SV characters kind of disgusting, so just replacing them for waifus would make the game far better to me.

Stardew wants to be Harvest Moon/Rune Factory.
RF4's much better if you care about the townfolk in these games and has far, far better combat in general. It's surprisingly complex in its gardening too.

But for farm customization and scale of said farm, then Stardew is better
