Seems like most games either offer at least one or two gay/bi options, or it goes the route where the game just doesn't factor your character's gender in at all, and allows for any kind of romance. From what I've played, it's way more than 1 in 20. The only way I think this could be accurate is if you're counting all the steam shovelware dating games where you hook up with generic anime waifus, but if we're talking real games then I'd say a lot of them offer LGBT romance options.
