Hello Yas Forums, back again with another Yas Forums3 thread.
As you know Yas Forums3 is a Yas Forums hosted digital E3, etc. etc. The current plan is to host it the weekend before or the weekend of what E3 would have been. Here's how we'll break down the two days:
Day One: SRS VIDYA -Reserved for showing actual games being made/game stuff -Showing of real games coming out -Spots for real devs creating their own games -Places for any actual interviews we get Those days may switch around. As of now, we have three confirmed indie studios participating which are: >ToeJam and Earl devs (HumaNature) >Running with Scissors >Mega Cat Studios >Funktronic Labs as well as some more being talked to at the moment.
Day Two: Shitposting games -No inherent requirements. Only to show off dumd fun OC of various nature. -Can just be art, audio, video, fake trailers and gameplay, shitposting, whatever. We've switched the days around.
Now here's some questions I keep getting I want to quickly address: >When is the deadline for submissions? The end of May. A specific date will be announced shortly. >Where do I submit my shitposts? Currently, just upload them to Google Drive and link it in the excel sheet: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gu5aR6OgFMuuofxVSLUjeXlA8iwALMQlHTSqP6Kt5eA >How edgy can this be? As edgy as you want. BUT, with that, we ask that the submissions be of decent quality, and look like some effort was put into them. They can still be shitposts and be decent. >Where do I submit my indie game? Either wait for the site to be put up or put your game on the Yas Forums Games list in the excel sheet. >Is there a Discord? Yes, but it's for the organizerfags. I may open it closer to the expo. >Why the day split? Why not one stream? It allows devs who are participating to show there games in a controlled setting without Yas Forums's usual antics, But on day two, go wild as fuck. Plus the shear amount of content we have so far, it's wither going to be like an eight hour stream, or we split it into two days.

what the fuck is this shit i don't know this was me, i asked about what to do once i'm done making a trailer, and shortly after that i added myself to the list. there was also some artwork in the last thread with shadow and fred jones so i decided to go in that direction. i'm going to keep making my own thing since i put myself on the list as instructed, maybe you'll have to decide which one you like better?
Is this going to be like the actual e3 format where you go console to console and we get a host and ecelebs? If so ask some Yas Forums approved people like sseth to do a skit or be a host for a part of the stream

I don't understand why that one guy was making his own bootleg shit for NMN4. It goes entirely against the original cover of NMN4, the 3rd cover and even the 2nd that was posted in that thread a few weeks ago.
I should probably finish this before animal crossing / rdr2 take up my entire rest of the life

As someone from /agdg/ I think some kind of indie expo for Yas Forums would be a pretty cool project.
Is very hard for indies to get any kind of marketing and just having some place to showcase indie games could be nice.
Would also be nice if we could make it like some kind of nintendo direct with some memes and just shitpost in video form about upcoming cool games Yas Forums recommend.
would be also a nice oportunity for the comunity to make some OC or quality fan art, like the Yas Forums sings musical shit.
