>catch 5 fish
>now you have to go find 5 branches, go to nook's work table and watch a 25 second crafting animation to get a new pole
>repeat
Uh... so when does it get fun? Because so far this is breath of the wild: even shittier edition
Catch 5 fish
Wait tools have durability now?
Last AC I played was on the Wii
this is what SOUL looks like b-baka!
you can collect 100 branches in 10 minutes just carry two
That's why it's flimsy ya dingus.
>this user will get bored and pass on to other game by the weekend
best feel, based piracy riding us of brainlets
It's pretty obvious that this series is just a boring chore simulator.
So I'm supposed to carry 2 of all 5 tools with my 12 slot inventory? Cool, leaves plenty of room...
There has to be a way to eventually get golden tools that never break. Someone should have datamined.
>not emulating wild world on your smart phone
It's easier than ever. Come on, man.
Golden tools exist but still have durability, just more. Check twitter they've been datamining all day. There's also only files for 10 npc houses, so..... it's over
I thought this game didn’t come out for another 2 days
The crafting does make me nervous. But I'm still hopeful for the new game.
>Golden tools exist but still have durability
I'm regretting buying this lol
>a 25 second crafting animation
Skippable, right?
Review copies got leaked, I hacked my switch so I just downloaded the .nsp file
For the earlygame sure, carry two flimsy axes and rods. You wont do enough digging to need 2, you wont do enough watering to need 2. You'll eventually craft better durable tools and upgrade your inventory slots. Earlygame is meant to feel like you're stranded, playing with caveman tools.
Not with any button I've tried. Can't even speed it up.
only the beginning of the game tools, they're going for a deserted island being built up into civilisation gimmick so there's a bit of crafting and shit, you'll eventually unlock a set that doesn't break
getting shit to make the tools is easy as piss anyway, OP is shitposting
>Flimsy
>surprised it broke
Hmm..
>you'll eventually unlock a set that doesn't break
prove it
>oooooahahahahaahah oOOOHAAAAHAHAHHH!HH!!!!! I NEED TO HATE POPULAR THING I NEED TO I NEED TO I NEED TOOOOOOOAAAHAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And thats 99% of threads on this piece of shit board today. Not only Animal Crossing but Doom too. I hate you all.
Two axes, two nets, two rods. Got it.
Meanwhile I have to wait until tomorrow for Blathers to arrive, so I can't donate the fish and bugs I catch. And there's no storage mechanic, so...
imagine getting this upset that people are criticizing a digital toy
The non flimsy tools still break
dataminers are probably the worst for misinformation
all they do is see file names in code and make assumptions based on it, no consideration for how any of it goes together or if things are divided up or placed elsewhere
cant wait for doomposters to be owned over the coming weeks
post your source
>there's no storage mechanic
they dont go anywhere even if you chuck them on the floor user.
>make subjective criticism of a game mechanic
>nintendo defense force crawling out the woodwork
>so...
We get it.
>files called VillagerHouseLocation0 through VillagerHouseLocation9
Explain this then?
post your source about the golden tools
Oh, come on. Like you need more than 10 villagers. New Leaf was too big anyway, overwhelmingly so. I prefer the smaller scale. Stop being a typical entitled gamer.
>subjective criticism
asking "when does it get fun" is an objective question retard.
People throw this word around a lot, but this is literally cope
I don't autistically add everything I see to a bibliography, read through the datamine threads on twitter and find it
Are there any penalties for time traveling the first few days to just have access to basic things?
>fun is an objective experience
The brain of the Nintendie, folks.
>just check twitter bro
so no source then
>people universally complain about BOTW's durability system
>do it again in animal crossing
NINTENNDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
>give subjective response to a game mechanic (such as a low level tool breaking fast)
>get called NDF
whats wrong with you
>get's called out
>n-no i will defend myself with semantics and putting words in user's mouth
seems like you got exposed.
>I demand that you add every tweet you see to a fully referenced bibliography and cite your sources at my request
Hang yourself, tranny.
>Yas Forums shitposters are universal
most people liked BOTW and the durability system
Nintendo Defense Force synchronising their replies via discord, not surprising but still sad. Many such cases!
so you have no source then, got it
>golden axe
Why would it be the axe specifically? Do you have autism...?
i searched every tool, same result, thats just the one i capped
Check for "durability"
$60 to do virtual chores and live a virtual life when you could use that $60 to do something actually productive in reality. Nintendumbs brains should be exhumed and experimented on when they're dead so we can finally find a cure to this madness so future generations don't end up as sad.
interesting
Weird. Either I misinterpreted or it got deleted. I definitely remember reading it from someone who was posting pics of the game and its internal files, but maybe they were wrong or lying
CRAFTING AND DURABILITY IN A CRAFTING AND DURABILITY GAME, GEEZ
INVENTORY IN AN INVENTORY GAME, GEEZ
NINTENDO IN A NINTENDO GAME, GEEZ
Maybe video games aren't for you. I have a ball, perhaps you'd like to bounce it.
...what?
>REEEEEEEE STOP GIVING ME OPTIONAL CONTENT
Link em
How is forcing the player to make another fishing rod after catching 5 fish optional? I'm just trying to play the game...
>IN A CRAFTING AND DURABILITY GAME
Since when?
>game has daily chores and good boy points
What emulator would you recommend that's not paid shit? If I'm gonna pirate games, I'm sure as hell not gonna pay for the emulator.
>paying for an emulator
Bro....
The first installment had 15 and I never understood why they cut down the max number in future installments.
