This is my first animal crossing game and I was genuinely interested to see what the hype was about and went in with an open mind
But I don't get it. First there is this faggy way the animals talk, and every time I do something my character says something like "yay I got this. I am awesome". Makes me feel like a transgender person that has a risk of suicide without getting constant positive reinforcement
Another issue is that everything is slow as fuck. Even selling or buying items requires clicking away a few dialogs. Positioning items for placement is hard because you can't choose an exact spot to place it and have to position your character instead.

I don't get this game and I'm disappointed. Why was everyone hyped for this? I'm going back to stardew valley
