He's "worst" because game doesn't prepare you any way for fighting enemy like this.
I've went through whole game without breaking a sweat using fists only. And then this faggot appears who - instead of fighting like a man - kept running and spamming like average projectiles like average SF players.

After repeating same battle over and over for three hours I've said "fuck it" and used one weapon with random effect (shock or burn).

The whole last part of this game where you're fighting tribal dudes in the eternal autumn is just absolute crap.
Which is a shame because i found the rest of it very enjoyable when i played through it during Halloween last year. Definitely shows its age but has a lot of weird ideas that were executed pretty well, all things considered.
Having the five family member bosses actually have a personality and talk to you throughout the game about the other family members was brilliant and should be pursued more often in games today.

Just replayed the game and is still fucking bullshit
I didn't mind the island because by that point I had full Haste and Shield and can just run around slicing everything rapidly with the Scythe
I used the fully juiced up skulls and the shield spell. It's only challenging in that the guys are super tanky.
Walking through the villages and caves goes on for a really long time and is really uninteresting. I didn't mind later on when you get to the traps and the underground city.
Still, an obvious drop-off in quality compared to the other parts of the game. I would have preferred if they just spent the development time polishing the mansion, graveyard & etc. and adding another wing/basement to the mansion.

i have only done this fight once and i'm positive that shit triggered wrong or at the same time because dialogue was overlapping and all over the place

some other fights might be bullshit or tedious, sure, but they're definitely not objectively worse than a quick anticlimactic QTE sequence that just ends the game

The worst boss fight by 100000 miles is piston from one of the borderlands 2 DLCs, the only explanation I can come up with for its existence is it must have been rushed and had no time for testing

Maybe I was a dumb kid at the time but it was absolutely an unnecessary difficulty spike. Nothing in the game thus far was that difficult. He felt like I accidentally triggered a secret mega boss.

Oh he kicked my ass too I think I was stuck at him for 3 straight days. Basically the whole game just suggested you learn to dodge and then you get to Fire Leo and he demands it. I played that game so much that I could stomp him on the hard mode where you need to go off audio cues since he spins so fucking fast without any real issues though so I was kind of obsessed.
Covetous Demon, not because of how easy/boring the fight is but I can't think of any lore reason for why it is where it is. It sucks and makes no sense.
