As an intelfag I recommend this AMD build. Fuck ASUS though.
I swapped the ram out for faster and lower latency ram as well as cheaper but you wanted RGB so you're going to get shittier ram for more expensive if you go that route.
Seasonic PSU is much better.
Gigabyte board is legit head and shoulders better than Asus..
BUY THE MONITOR BRICK AND MORTAR. REPEAT BUY DISPLAY BRICK AND MORTAR.
You may need to return it for another one because of light bleed. I have the same display. Its great but I got lucky.

Basically I trimmed the fat and got you a better GPU, while retaining most of what you're looking for.

The 3600 is an amazing bang-for-your-buck CPU. It is half the cost of a 9700k, while only being on average 10% slower in single-core workloads (such as gaming), and most importantly, is backwards compatible with b450 and x470 motherboards.

>why x470 instead of x570
Because the 3600 isn't enough to warrant a x570. Hell it isn't even going to strain a good b450 under OC, but since you picked Intel first, I assume you don't already have a 1st gen ryzen chip, so you won't be able to use a b450 mobo with a 3600 without previously flashing the bios, so I picked for you a x470 which is compatible right out the box. Still much cheaper than a Z390.

Because real keys are a ripoff. Buy Windows from a reseller off Reddit for $10.

Because it makes hardly any difference when playing games. The transfer rates of a NVME drive are faster than SATA sure, but none of that matters for gaming as long as you simply have an SSD. You won't make use of the extra speed if you aren't dumping copious amounts of files so cut the fat and just go for the regular consumer SATA.

In general, you saved a total of $455. With the GPU upgrade, it costs an additional $200 so you end up with a grand total saving of $255.

I would suggest investing the $255 into a HDD since they're cheap and hold a ton more files, and maybe upgrading the monitor from a TN to a IPS or at least a QHD, since I genuinely believe they look better.
