Is there any such thing as an "official" IQ test or way of measuring intelligence? i've always gone with general school performance but people can also be under achievers and I'm a 2nd grade drop out so i have no reference of my potential. I've always been curious as to where i am on the scale even though i don't expect to be anywhere near high.

My emotional intelligence is definitely detrimental, and the sad part is I'm fairly certain I don't have any kind of autism. Does low EQ indicate things like low discipline and lack of responsibility? I never put any effort into life, school, friendships, whatever. It feels like whenever I talk to people I just want to yell at them or be condescending. I don't get why I'm such an asshole but it help if someone could suggest how not to be one.

I just play FPS games and think all other genres look like incomprehensible 4D chess and I got shit grades throughout all of school. Might be a correlation here.

I only play japanese "rpgs" where you don't get to create your own character or party members. I find it stimulating that the stat page isn't important because you just upgrade to bigger numbers and the game doesn't allow for any flexibility in character builds anyways.
