There are other flavors of cyberpunk too. I do not like people pigeonholing and limiting genres to one look and sound. Not every fantasy game has be set in medieval times world. I would like at least one fantasy game to be set during their version of the renaissance.

You would be able to execute children, first and foremost. The fact that they restrict you from doing this sickens me, as it is a demonstration of their lack of commitment to total freedom in a fucking R P G (Role Playing Game). You should be able to do it and face the consequences.
Secondly, much more CRPG-style interactions and branching stories that are affected by every rescission, no matter how minute. The fact that this was removed is doubly as sickening.
Proper character classes and customization, not this tree crap.
Proper tall buildings and perpetual night due to pollution. Not only are they not committed to the RPG aspects of their supposed RPG, they are not faithful to the aesthetic of the setting, and have bafflingly set it in rural locations rather than a city.
Proper soundtrack with some Vangelis inspiration. Their “LMAO RAVE BEATS HIP HOP ROCK ‘N’ ROLL” is insulting to the genre.

It’s an RPG. You should be able to do it simply because the genre it’s in ideally should afford you complete and total freedom in the world. There should be harsh consequences for it, but simply being unable to do it is lazy.

Basically bubble gum crisis as an open world action game, mixed with gameplay influences from E.Y.E and Deus ex

Committing child murder or any such sever crimes should cause near or completely unrepairable ruination of your character’s reputation with NPCs, police becoming hostile, basically you need to become a recluse and/or stealth your way through the streets to avoid contact with anyone. Changes the dynamic of the gameplay completely. That’s what RPGs are about.

It looks like GTA with a spray paint finish of cyberpunk slapped on. Why can poor people so easily afford cyber limbs? Why does so much shit pointlessly glow? Are the people aware they're in a cyberpunk game and thus dress accordingly? I'd try harder to flesh out the setting and make it feel like it was something that could truly exist,not just a cardboard set piece where anything can happen. This is my number 1 gripe with movies and video games, there's no attempt to make a consistent setting.

Anyways, I'd make it so you could great freedom to mess with security systems and robots. Make it so that breaking and entering a corp facility can get very complex.Maybe instead of bashing a camera and immediately alerting security,you run over when it's looking the other way and install a video loop that will take longer to notice. I'd go further and make it so the player is somewhat allergic to bullets,so it would be important to be stealthy,otherwise security overwatch is giving your position out and organizing the response team to surround you.
