He's a run n' gun character. He moves with incredible speed and uses a super shotgun as a primary weapon. If that was implanted into Smash, it would be more effective in up-close combat preventing zoning. Christ, know your games before making comments.

Crash is more iconic because more people have played his games. That's how recognition works. More people hold Crash and his games on a higher pedestal. It's exactly why he has longevity whereas Spyro had moderate success and more of a cult following
