Physical or digital?
Physical or digital?
you indecisive fucker, if you can't figure out which to buy by now, you're hopeless
Digital. I'm not going out for a long time thanks to this virus.
Neither, getting Persona 5 Royal and Doom. Furfag Crossing: Do Nothing Interesting (Switch Edition) is a piece of shit game.
I'm thinking digital.
This is a game you pick up for 15 minutes at a time once you've got it all establish. I ain't hogging all that cart space for that.
I'm also getting Persona
I ordered it physical simply because i knew i wanted this games back since trailer #1
Neither, check the datamine, it has less content and features than City Folk
Huh? How do you pirate physical games?
future DLC means the game isn't fully complete, we just have to wait for missing features like Holidays and Brewsters.
Digital.
Fuck having to change the card every time I want to play Animal Crossing
>he doesn't know
sorry, but since I am a real gamer that has standards, I won't bother playing this pile of garbage known as "Animal Crossing" - a game tailor made for casual morons
Not an argument.
The fact that you're looking for an argument proves it's bait, faggot
Gf is getting physical for the case/cartridge, I'm getting digital so I don't have to switch out cartridges. Beyond hyped for this game
I hate to tell you this, but SMTV is never coming out and if it does it’ll be another TMS.
Pedos are so gross
>too stupid to argue
>yet he still responds about how he totally didn't take the bait
Lmao, no wonder you enjoy Furfag Crossing.
>Real gamer
>Bayo 2
Oofa Doofa
>smt 5
>bayo 3
NEVER EVER
physigital
I seriously can't fucking decide Yas Forums
I don't know what to do
please help I'm going to have a nervous breakdown at this point
>posts in a thread with the sole intention to stir up shit
>surprised when others don't want to engage you
autism confirmed.
>Walmart closes at 11 now so can't get it at midnight for $50
>Gamestop not doing midnight release so can't get it at 9PM.
I too am conflicted
Can you even get in your area considering places are shutting down due to the virus? Just get it digital, it's a game you'll play for about 10 minutes a day and then switch over to another one.
I don't follow the news I don't even know what stores are open or closed
all this talk about playing just a little bit every day and having to switch cartridges constantly bothers me more and I don't know what to fucking do I'm not going to be happy no matter what I decide
I've never given a shit about switching cartridges but if it's really only going to be a little bit every day and that frequent I just don't know what to fucking do
Digital, so you can pop in and out of the game during brief play sessions, without comiting to swap cartridges or the need to hold on to it when you play on the go.
Digital because it's a small file and it's a daily game so I don't wanna be switching cartridges. Also fuck going to a store right now.
You're probably max gonna be playing 30-45min a day. You can absolutely get more than that, but thats around the time you can do what you need to do done
Digital, internal storage for fastest loading speeds.
I doubt the load times are any different. They're both solid state memory.
>I doubt the load times are any different. They're both solid state memory.
digital because after a few weeks I;ll be checking in like once or twice a day and I don't wanna fuck around swapping cartridges.
Is this supposed to prove me wrong? There's basically no difference.
Any game like this where you do daily tasks is something digital makes way easier
I'm having an anxiety attack over this shit
I can't fucking decide and I'm really upset
that sounds awful
I don't want this game to be a shitty real time responsibility like a fucking mobile game
>There's basically no difference.
10-15% faster is no difference? Up to 5 seconds saved is good.
Then don't buy it faggot. Why are you even here
Just do digital man. My area has most nonessential stores closed, but I really want a physical copy, so I think I’m just gonna pick it up at Walmart on Friday morning.
GAMERS RISE UP!
I really want a physical copy too
I can't stand not owning my games
based ninty capping the SD speeds intentionally so their cartridges don't seem like dog shit
Digital.
Normally I'd say physical but consider this:
1. With the whole coronavirus shit going on, why risk going to a store
2. Animal Crossing is the type of game you play in short bursts. Do you really wanna be inserting the cartridge in and out all the time?
digital
Ok
>Do you really wanna be inserting the cartridge in and out all the time?
I just don't understand
when did this become an issue
games have been this way since their inception
physical copy is useless when the game is following an early release model
The issue is as I said, AC is a game you play in short bursts, unlike games such as BotW that are usually more time consuming and you will likely be playing it for some time.
Digital makes it easy to pop in and out of the game without the hassle of inserting the cartridge in and out all the time.
but you don't own the game
Why not both? That's what I'm doing. A digital copy now and a physical one later, when hopefully all the DLC is included. That way it'll look nice in my collection and I can lend it to people or sell it further down the line.
Perso(y)na cucks aren't ones to talk.
I’m an idiot, but are data saves stored on the Switch itself? So if I get the digital version now and physical later, will I be playing on the same save file? Or will I start a completely new game on the physical copy?
Bros i hope my walmart has it in stock
>POPULAR BAD, UNPOPULAR GOOD
I got it physically from Best Buy for 65 because they gave me a little Bell bag plushie
digital for sure, i'm from italy and shop are closed and of course delivery men don't deliver useless shit like videogames
Regarding the debate of physical/digital games, I have a few questions, sorry if they are simple or dumb but I want to know what it's the best.
Why is it ok for pc games to buy digital but for consoles people buy physical?
When it comes to playing online, does it make any difference regarding lag/ping the fact that you play with a phisical or a digital copy?
Could digital games at some point disappear? Like, for example, if the server is shut down, or if Steam or the Eshop close, could the games become unplayable?
Does anyone know what languages come in the game? I am going to buy from the USA store but I want the Japanese language, would the USA copy have the language on it?
Most PC games stopped coming on disks so physical is basically impossible.
Digital copies load a bit faster I believe (at least for Smash Bros) but in game there is no difference in ping/lag.
Yes they could disappear like if Nintendo bans your account (for moding/hacking/etc). You can still play the game offline if you get banned though I believe. Same for Steam as well.
I had physical originally but I cancelled it for digital. For games like this, digital is more comfy. Automatic updates, don't have to change games, etc.
Are Nintendo games still tied to the console or can you finally tie it to an account?
I always thought tying it to a console is retarded. So if thats how it still is, then yes, you dont really "own" it.
