>presses Y by accident because don't know slang from a 66 million nobody island
Seriously, what the fuck were they thinking?

RIP
Woodman didn't deserve all the shit he gets in the early episodes. He was based and right all along

Im from england and glass him doesnt mean smash his face in with a bottle.

You can't refute this

Btw Telltale thread

There are plenty of nouns that work like this:
Knife him.
Spear him.
etc.

Damn this game was so good

What the fuck did you think [Glass Him] meant then?

Are you fucking retard you daft english cunt

I'm from England and it fucking does. Your only excuse would be being an ESL who plays vidya in English to learn the language.
All the context is right fucking there. Even Americans should understand.

Not OP but I genuinely thought it meant offering him a drink

The dude who voices the main character in the minecraft game has the most annoying voice. Goddamnit, why the hell does anyone hire him. His voice is grating

>literally a dumbfuck ESL could figure it out
either weak bait or cuntflap education

Game of Thrones was genuinely fucking awful
Tales was one of their best and the only good thing to come out of the Borderlands franchise.

You mean Patton Oswalt?

Not OP but english isn't my first language and I was sure [Glass Him] meant raising my glass with him.

I was shocked.

...

>Game of Thrones was genuinely fucking awful
It's definetly the weakest of the A but still not as bad as Guardians
>Tales was one of their best and the only good thing to come out of the Borderlands franchise.
Absolutely true

are there any other good dildale games, beyond WD1, OP and, arguably Borderlands (though it has shit 4-5 episodes)

>guy's dicking around with a pity party
>not answering your questions
>suspect in murder
>first time you meet him, he fights you
>but i'll drink with him, that must be what "glass him" means
Hurr durr

what were YOU thinking
literally what did you think "glass him" meant

It fucking does

The guy who murdered his wife?

>WD1 is in the same tier as WD2
weak as fuck bait - you should've noticed, you moron.

Is Batman really that good? I loved The Wolf Among Us and surprisingly Borderlands, but never really got into anything else. TWD was super overrated.

How does anybody not understand glassing?
How does anybody take it to mean clinking glasses or refreshing his drink or whatever the fuck other cackeyed impression they have?

>the only good thing to come out of the Borderlands franchise.
people shit on pre-sequel, but i'd argue it's the best borderlands of them all, because they added fast vertical movement (courtesy of super mario "bing-bing-wahoo" air stomp) and O2 mechanics that, at least, adds vague sense of urgency to all those dull as shit running between points of interest.

I’m inclined to put anything that actually lets me fuck Catwoman in the god category but otherwise you’re right

It had some actually decent boss fights, but the games themselves just aren't satisfying to play.

>no Sam & Max
What the fuck?

ESL people don't quite understand turns of phrase. If you told them it was raining cats and dogs they'd think you were being literal.

that's an actual game

Both are great, the Telltale community in general, even non comic book fans loved it. It also features some of the best versions I have ever seen in any media of Joker, Harley, Freeze and Two face and since it's late Telltale, there's 3-4 major choices that really radically change the story to the point that you even visit completely new locations in the second playthrough

Telltale Game of Thrones is the worst game i have ever played. It should be at worst

Yes
T. Never read comic books

Sounds great. Guess I know what I'll play on the weekend.

The only people that thought "glass him" meant pouring him a drink are people with no social skills or common sense.
Then again, Yas Forums mostly conists of idiots and shut-ins, so this doesn't surprise me.

Kek go outside and tell some bloke you're gonna glass him then

Can i count on you user...

Man of taste

[Shove him aside forcefully.]

What did you think wolf was going to do?

shoot laser beams from his eyes and turn huntsman into glass?

nah, you're just bad at English cause glassing doesn't mean anything good in American English either (it refers to carpet bombing afaik).

user... Can I count on you ?
[Spoiler]I can't fucking wait Yas Forumsros[/spoiler]

yes

>it refers to carpet bombing afaik
Specifically in sandy regions.

Underrated, gave me a proper chuckle.

>Makes a better Catwoman than both Nolan and Tom "cat/bat" King
Nothing personnel kid

You are all fucking dumb. You're a grumpy, ill-tempered humanized version of the villain from a story and you're sitting next to the hero of your story who tried to kill you unprompted and is taking way too long to spit out the info you want. What did you actually fucking think [Glass Him] meant? Were any of you actually paying attention?

Attached: 314tg134.jpg (644x880, 72.9K)

If that was the intention then why wouldn't it just say "Buy Him a Drink" or "Cheers"

Be careful what you wish for.

Attached: the calories among us.png (781x610, 20.27K)

i have never heard of "glass him" before
but i used context clues to find out what it means
GLASS HIM is closer to hit HIM with GLASS
then hit his GLASS with your GLASS

Maybe him, idk. I think he is in big mouth too. Just hate his voice

if you were a better detective and asked “did you kill faith” it wouldn’t have been an issues

Attached: 1584328072718.jpg (1267x1080, 95.82K)

Move S1 of TWD up, GoT, New Frontier and GotG down and then this list is right.

If the intention was to hurt him, why didnt it just say "put him in his place" or something with very distinct negative connotation?
Although I cannoy name them, i'm fairly certain I have seen a few cowboy based media or jokes where a character walka up to the bar and says "glass me" while the bartender hans him a glass

Or maybe its "hit me", but some crossover and cunfusion arises from that.

Americunt here. Anybody could figure out what that means you fucking dumbass.

>pick "glass him" thinking I'd buy him a drink
>Bigsby forces a straight jacket on the Woodsman, seals him in a fish tank and gives him 2 minutes to escape
Lads what the fuck, I just wanted a drink

Have fun, this game's Joker is the best version of him imo.

I never played this, will I be fine if I’ve never read the original material the game is based off of?

No, you have to read the whole series first.

you’ll be fine

Loved Vigilante but Villain still remains my favourite, and I found it even better than Arkham City Joker
Spoiler: Batman TEW
Jokers speech during the gas attack at the Wayne Enterprises and the Bruce and Selina vs Joker and Harley combat
Worthy to be among the best comic book stories

The comics add a lot but you are fine just jumping in to the game, most of the stuff is easy to follow

>If the intention was to hurt him, why didnt it just say "put him in his place" or something with very distinct negative connotation?
Because they assumed that their audience isn't retarded.

>i'm fairly certain I have seen a few cowboy based media or jokes where a character walka up to the bar and says "glass me" while the bartender hans him a glass
I have watched a metric fuckton of westerns. We're talking like over 300 movies easily. I can't name a single movie that they ever said something like you imply.
Either way, if we look at the setting they're in then clearly applies.

Don't blame the game for being ignorant and lacking common sense.

You don't need it for any telltale game. This is a completely different story with the same (but actually better) characters. Hell sometimes the background change completely

>implying that fat fuck has the physicality to murder even a woman

I'm sorry, but from where I'm from "put him in his place" implies a promotion or good tidings.

I mean, the only other time I've ever heard "glass" used as a verb was in reference to nuking someplace from orbit. So even an idiot should realize it's not good.
