I’m going to fuck Hikari in the ass
Hoping the change gameplay system entirely. I can't enjoy of any xenoblade titles. Go tuen based or go full action or try to make better one. Current one is total shit. I need more ecchi and show nipples and sexy lolis.
I fear they pander to these people.
I fear I'll die before it comes out.
>Hopes
Some kind of challenge mode like 2 got. Lots of QOL improvements, substantial content in the new area - a bunch of new quests and some new affinity chart NPCs, good designs for the new armor. Improved color balance from the trailer - the characters looked oversaturated and the environments were undersaturated.
>Fears
I'm worried they might cut the big town that was in the unused version of Bionis Shoulder.
>Expectations
XB1 with better graphics and a bit more side content, but no real story changes aside from a few visual differences in the ending.
How can cat have butt this big???
I'm going to fuck Nia in the ass. God bless Kawakami Rokkaku
Okay so I just picked this game up.
How the fuck does this combat work? Feels like an MMO where I just autoattack til I can use a real skill.
I've heard that the ending of 1 is underwhelming, and that it had a lot of loading screens for pretty small areas. I hope that is fixed, hope that combat is good, and that the game ties in with 2's ending, and tells us about Ontos.
>Hopes
The game looks good in handheld mode, more arts for everyone, new monado arts, and the color pallet changed to look more like the originals
>fears
They change the combat to be similar 2 (I doubt it but still)
I won't get used to the new artstyle and it will affect my enjoyment of the game
>expectations
Looks slightly better than 2 in handheld mode but still looks bad, they keep the color pallet the same as the reveal, the new artstyle never grows on me but I still like the game regardless, same combat with little to now change
1's ending is pretty much fine even without changes, it only has one big nitpick that you probably won't care about since you seem to have enjoyed 2's ending just fine.
No idea where you got the idea that it has loading screen issues, though. The load from the main menu is decently long, but after that it's fine and the areas are generally pretty damn large.
Heh you’re never getting near me.
the only reason I'm not out licking doorknobs and toilet seats

How low is your IQ that you find the combat in Xenoblade difficult to learn?
you're cute
He's not wrong about change the combat. Making a actual action game would be better than this MMO-lite nonsense
No it wouldn't. Go play an action game.
>Hopes
More side quests that unlock new stuff for characters other than Shulk and significant content on the Bionis Shoulder.
Also hope they keep the combat, quests and affinity chart the same.
Change the Klaus flashback to be in line with the 2 version.
Voiced heart to hearts.
>Fears
They force in mechanics or cameos from XB2 at the ending.
Unnecessary Monado forms being added.
No more visual changes with different armor.
>Expectations
XB1 with more side content, new scenes, areas and pandering to XB2fags.
Inevitable season pass.
Yes it would. The combat is trash in these games.
Thank you user.
Nah. Learn how to play the game brainlet.
Mindlessly mashing a button to see numbers go up is not more satisfying than letting the characters autoattack.
Stop trying to make every game the fucking same, they already made FF7R for you
t. got filtered by lake magdalena
FF7R, and Kingdom Hearts 3 is in the other direction. There's nothing wrong with the combat in Xenoblade, and they'll never change it to cater to people who don't bother understanding it. Learn how to get good, or don't play the games.
But I have. These games are babby-tier easy
Post your hours, or stop talking
Having actual hitboxes with dodges is better yeah
No one cares, only a salty babby who can't play videogames properly needs to come to threads and drop one line responses of "it's shit"
Thankfully, none of you are in control of what happens in the franchise, and everything is well. You'll keep seething, and things will continue to go smoothly. All is well.
>Are you waiting for XCDE?
Of course. GIVE US A RELEASE DATE ALREADY.
>Hopes
Faster walk/swim speed, improved AI, more H2H, quest markers pointing toward NPCs
>Fears
Still having to rely on filling half your gem slots with quicksteps to walk at a reasonable pace
>Expectations
The same game but better and with more content

>"I-I have played game! It shit, me no have proof!"
Very insightful post, as usual Yas Forums mindlessly discussing games they've never touched
I don't have my switch with me. You really think these games are difficult to learn. Mythra's most suboptimal setup in 2 like crit-healing can cheese the entire game. It's sad.
>Of course. GIVE US A RELEASE DATE ALREADY.
If that Direct for next week is actually true, which signs point towards this being the case, then it'll more than likely happen. May 10th, or May 29th are the dates, so somewhere around there.
Oh it's this guy again with is uber-cool crit healing setup. LOL. What a loser. Go troll another thread
There's honestly not much I want changed since I love Xenoblade as it is. But I think the sidequests could benefit from having a system like XB2 where you gain town affinity from doing things other than sidequests. Xenoblade 1 has some great sidequests but they're locked with super high affinity requirements and it sucks to go through a bunch of fetchquests i don't really care too much about and would rather just do the ones with the big interesting rewards.
Apart from that I like the rumor that Vanea might be an extra playable since they're adding removed content. It'd be a cool extra but I don't think it's something super needed.
I never said the game was difficult to learn, so preferably project your lies elsewhere. Secondly, I'm well aware that the combat in 2 is incredibly easy. You need Challenge Mode, or Bringer of Chaos DLC to even remotely have a hard time. That doesn't mean the combat is bad, though. A lot of people honestly just didn't understand it, since the tutorials were so poor.
I disagree, but agree at the same time. I think the affinity system that is present across the world of XC1, is perfectly fine. The issue mostly stems from
>NPC locations varying depending on the time of day, so it's a trial and error guess as to where they are
>A lot of unnecessary quests bloating up the general quest list, like "kill X amount of this monster", or "find X amount of items"
Other than that, it's fine. All of it is extra content in general, so eh. It could definitely be improved, though. Also based Vaneabro. We need a Machina rep, and she fits perfectly.
They need to have more heart to hearts available earlier too, the requirements were way too high
Sounds like the game isn't for you, you should play something else
It's shit because it plays like a bad MMO. Where's the fun is standing around autoattacking while waiting for skills to cooldown on a arbitrary timer? Not to much it takes hours until you have slither of options available.
What are some good blades to have?
Yeah, I could see that as well. The requirements were pretty high. You could actually give gifts to party members, and it boosts affinity. I wonder if they'll up the numbers, and slice the requirement values to make things simpler?
Play Torna, it's much more interactive. Otherwise, no. Something isn't shit, just because you dislike it.
Dagas (upgraded to his second affinity chart), Zenobia, Boreas (for healing), T-elos, Kos-Mos
Yeah rather play something good that requires some semblance of thought and skill.
How do you get them to pose like that?
It's their idle animation.
Does this game get better? Nia just got captured by some nilfgaards or some shit so I'm obviously not that far into the game.
>Hopes
I'll be able to emulate it some day
>fears
I won't
>expectations
it happens this year
Is that cat nude in this pic?
Your like an hour into the story
Yeah, it gets better you've hardly even started. What's the issue? Most common advice is to get to the end of chapter 3 for the full combat experience to open up. In the meantime make sure you go buy and equip some narcipear jelly in your pouches from argentum, it will increase your arts recharge. Also make sure you equip your blades with weapon chips and aux cores
yeh
combat gets more advanced in chapter 3, which can slow things down until you get the hang of the full system, but once you get it it's awesome
>Dagas, Adenine, Kos-mos
>all DLC blades (Shulk, Elma, etc)
>all update blades (Patroka, T-elos, etc)
>story main blades besides Dromarch
That's about it. Majority of the rare blades you get in the game are awful since they have pathetic DPS.
Keep playing until you unlock chain attacks in chapter 3 at least. If you finish chapter 3 and still don't like it drop it.
Torna isn't that much different from 2 expect they made it even more braindead easy.
Step 1: Put any Greataxe on Zeke
Step 2: Max out Berserker Slash
Step 3: Give yourself as high a crit rate as possible and heal on crits accessories
Step 4: ...?
Step 5: Profit!
You just know...
