There's nothing wrong with changing or altering a game (aka what some of you call "censorship") if it removes objectional content from a game and gets more people to buy it. Prove me wrong.

Give some examples

>Prove me wrong
You need to post an argument first.

The argument is that it get more people to buy it, which is a net positive. More fans, means more money, means more games, means more gooder.

>There's nothing wrong with changing or altering a game
>if it removes content from a game
Then charge more for your so called "censored" version.

consumers of media should always be able to enjoy the unaltered product.
the solution i'd find more comfortable would be options on first game start, similar to how MW2 allowed you to skip some missions because they could be seen as controversial or offensive.

Did it get more people to buy it for that alone? where is the proof of that?

That's not an argument that's a baseless claim.

>if it removes objectional content from a game and gets more people to buy it.
Has this ever happened, even once?

It's Reality. Women find sexualized women chars offensive - as they should. Many trans and non-binary people find depictions of heteronormative and cisnormative activities to be problematic, and for good reason. By eliminating these things from games, we can open up the market to even more people buying games, not just cishet, white males.
