Imagine if Tails got a 3D puzzle platformer like Lucky's tale, but obviously set in the Sonic world, and all the beloved Sonic characters would serve as NPCs who give out quests.
Navigating a 3D world using Tails's limited flight, spindash, and gradually unlocking more areas with gadgets you earn along the way would be lots of fun.
There could even be custom outfit unlocks for extra fun.
