It seems like if the opponent gets opened up from pogo pressure into either overhead h.laser combo or cr.l rush/rise combo they're pretty much done from there since Zeta gets to loop this completely safe ungodly mixup. First anime game, can't wait to see why this isn't completely broken.

I love playing her, but it's truly a struggle. Too used to going unga with frame trapping on Kat. Trying to experiment with ending blockstrings in DF and going for whiff punishing instead. Hope ArcSys buffs her normals next month, but they won't.

Not even close to how much better Ladiva cmd throw is. The kara is hard to execute and if they are using the block button the L grab doesn't work on most characters because of the extended hurtbox makes the stomp hit pushing you back, H grab has no armor. You're using 2 resources (1 if you're good with kara L throw) for a cmd throw that only gives oki in the corner. There's a midscreen safe jump option but you don't get close up pressure, just j.M, 5L/M, whatever.

22L is not a wake up option, you have armor but it's not infinite you will eat an auto combo, only H version. There also might be a throw OS to beat this, but I haven't explored anti vas strats that much. I won't comment on wake up super, but will say if a vasaraga uses SSBA and you hit a button, cancel your normal into spot dodge (he has 1 point of armor which you cancel off of)

more than half the cast has a fireball or better zoning. You have to approach in most match ups and you're not going to win matches by zoning because you are not ferry. PLAY THE FUCKING CHARACTER.

The shitty part about it is what you give up to get that armor stack and trouble it is to get it. You have to make that armor stack count because vs gran/lance/char you might only get 1 chance to armor up. Also it only activates on M/H tackle, both which are negative, it's decent as a fireball 'punish' but it's a read, trying to punish on reaction doesn't work (except cases like nara's who hold their fireball). The stance is the good part about it.

watching Spooky discover how bad her frames were hurt my soul a little. It's like they gave her good tools on paper, then broke her hands. Whiff punishing only goes so far too, I've been trying since day one.
