True, the extra stuff wasn't a good fit, but the work done on that environment was phenomenal imo. Looks almost like the copied ring out of Halo 3.

There are dead elites in ODST, making it seem like the Brutes seemingly killed them as they outnumbered them. But it really bothers me they aren't enemies.

They fudge up the timeline for some reason so that you explicitly don't fight them. Just a couple hours after the jump and crash, they revealed the massacred elites, signaling the civil war

I just accidently waited to long after I died in the middle of Two Betrayals for the second time and have to restart the entire level again. LASO is so much fun.

The first 2 levels LASO in CEA are pretty easy. Then the game hits you with Truth and Reconciliation which is a pain, but there's strategies for doing it that minimize the pain and once you understand that one, it becomes easier. Then after that you have The Cartographer which is easy as hell with that glitch to get through the door before it locks, then there's another glitch in assault on the control room that is hard to pull off, took me about 2 hours of trying but once you get it you can skip basically the entire level.

Then the maw is also easy as fuck with no glitches required to beat it. The Library is the hardest level in the game LASO by far and probably one of the hardest in all of Halo LASO. It took me 2 days of trying to get through it and I eventually just gave up and cheated to finish it so I could move on because several parts of it were nearly impossible as I never had any ammo at all and you can't melee the flood to death on LASO.

I always liked Walk in the Woods and Impend. Promise the Girl is good too.

My favorite though is either High Charity Suite (II) or Tribute. The latter simply because it summarizes what Halo feels like for me, and the former because it's excellent. The added instruments really help it, and it brings back good memories of Legends.

There was a female elite in Legends, but although the story is canon, the design is not. She's basically a grey human with a weird looking face.

It ain't really worth it unless you enjoy Legendary. Beating Legendary or Mythic/LASO difficulty isn't meant to be a fair challenge more as it is meant to be a painful slog. Some enjoy that, and I can see why.
