I don't know but the whole story was pretty trash anyway so who cares
We should count ourselves lucky that they left Easter eggs suggesting that Niko was still alive
yeah that felt really weird and out of place. like the writers had a vendetta against him or something
yeah made me not really want to play, especially cuz I had just beaten the GTA 4 DLC, and then they literally massacre my boy. Still havent played gta 5 more than 20 minutes
lol imagine getting triggered over a bikermutt getting stomped by a canadian
GTA is a garbage game, and 5 is the worst of its kind
I mean the greatest anti semites are the Jews themselves so it isn't surprising. But I don't know if the Houser Brothers are based for killing a jew in gta v or gross for being Jewish themselves.
>like the writers had a vendetta against him or something
Everyone bitched about IV not being GTA SA 2.0 and so they had to kill the protag with the least popular DLC.
>suggesting that Niko was still alive
Lester says "he went quiet." Could easily be dead.
I don't care that they killed him, but I do care that they made him a crystal-sniffing simp. The end of TLAD was perfect when he finally let go of that bitch.
Shut up you cock loving retard
Trevor is a scary guy.
but the housers arent jews
Settle down sp porky you might get a heart attack
He was used as a plot device to show how edgy and crazy Trevor is.
because he WAS a little bitch
based Trevor
They are.
They say that as a jab at Niko's VA because the actor and R* fell out acrimoniously after Rockstar did their classic shady shit of hiring unsuspecting people to record MC voices through third parties and never paying them above their flat fee for the day of recording.
>Literally saved his gang from their turncoat snitch ex-leader
>Pulled off a giant prison break-in to do so
Johnny was based.
>Lester says "he went quiet." Could easily be dead.
He has an active Lifeinvader page, which is the egg I was referring to
it's because the lost and the damned didn't make enough money
And it went great. It showed how dangerous Trevor is. This is great writing unlike the abomination that is RDR2.
The lost and the damned was fun, but the story and characters were terrible. Imagine a biker yelling "YOU RACIST!" haha what the fuck?
The death of Johnny was meant to get to two different groups of people:
1. People that never played the GTA 4 or never played a GTA in general before 5. Trevor stomping the leader of the bikers in the dirt after he fucked his methhead girlfriend was meant to show how "badass" he is.
2. People who already had a connection to Johnny were supposed to be shocked out how unpredictable and "dangerous" Trevor is to show he isn't like any GTA character you've seen before.
Either way, Trevor is a shitty edgelord character and his death should've been the fully fleshed out canon ending. Michael should've also died trying to take him out as well.
dios mio
It would have been pretty cool if he had a dignified death, but instead Rockstar decided to turn him into a gigantic cuck crying over his old girlfriend he got over in TLAD.
>Canonically stomps a guy to death 5 feet from his house in front of other people
Wonderful writing
I still don't get the point of GTAV having alternate endings. No player EVER would kill one of their characters if they have a choice so obviously you'll do the "Fuck the villians" ending which far more enjoyable anyway.
It had context. The angels of death were an actual racist biker gang that didn’t let blacks or Jews in.
Their webpage was funny as hell. It had an FAQ and it was something like:
>Are you guys racist?
No not at all, anyone of an inferior race can join our gang!
wow ur right. wow I hate the housers now
I'd rather not have Trevor be a playable character at all, he'd be a much more compelling antagonist than that shitty Steve Jobs spoof we got. A ghost from Michael's past that comes back to bite him in the ass hard and turns everything remotely normal he has in his new life upside down.
Also Michael should've never gotten back together with his shitty ungrateful wife and spoiled kids. He's not a good guy by any means, but I did not feel bad for his family at all.
>seven years
its not that silly. The lost were basically a gang of boomers who felt like being bikers. They weren't edgy nazis or anything.
I guess Rockstar was trying to send us a message
Be careful of the whores guy's they can destroy the toughest of men.
GTA V was an exercise on why more than one character is impossible to pull of in a GTA game. There's not enough screen time for two, let alone three protagonists, they all felt underdeveloped, side characters were relegated to 1 mission or 2 (not counting Lamar), and everyone else suffered because what little time they had HAD to be focused on the 3 main characters. It also has an inherited problem from GTA IV - you kill way too many people who give you missions, which kills the world as well since those characters are your connection to it.
Case in point, the shady government boogeymen:
> Toreno : Appears in 12 missions, is a voice/mentioned in several others
> U.L Paper: 6 mission appearances, 2 phone calls
> Steve Haines: 9 mission appearances, 1 phone call, secondary antagonist
Toreno was neither a main character nor a main antagonist, and had far more appearances than Haines, U.L Paper was barely a tertiary character, and had almost as many. Compare this to the appearances of other main antagonists:
> Big Smoke: 14 missions, entire game revolves around him afterwards
> Tenpenny: 15 mission appearances, has his own memorable sidekicks, couple of phonecalls
> Devin Weston: 8 appearances, 1 phone call, death in 8th appearance
There are side characters in IV and SA that get more screen-time than V's antagonists, it's also worth noting that you get less conversation with V's antagonists because they don't spend any time in cars with you, which is where GTA's dialogue almost always takes place.
The entire world of GTA V seems poorly written - to accommodate the 3 character gimmick. Also fuck Trevor, what a shit character, christ.
Do you guys like to cellect special/unique vehicles?
It's a shame that this isn't very known or popular here, maybe I should start a thread about it to make people interested
Is using simp the biggest sign that someone is a small brain? You're literally just parroting something because you know it's "in". Fucking pathetic.
I never cared about collecting them but I always loved reading about them, I never notice stuff like that while playing. You're talking about the "immune to explosions" sort of vehicles, right?
Oh, now it makes sense, your not a self-hating amerimong larping as a chink, you're a cucknadian larping as quite literally any race you feel like to get the most (you)s. Kill yourself faggot.
Dude was a simp for his drug addict gf. it was dumb, he was dumb, his death was dumb.
Got the treatment all GTA characters deserve
I think Rockstar realized how much of a mistake the Tri-Protagonist concept was since they went back to 1 with RDR2. I think Dual Protagonists could have worked, it should have just been Michael & Franklin with Trevor popping in and out.
Trevor is definitely not a main character, when they tried to expand upon him it just fell flat, he should have always just been coming in and creating chaos, he essentially was Ben Kingsley's character in "Sexy Beast" but worse.
The game was a complete mess, Trevor should have been the main antagonist (eventually)
>Is using simp the biggest sign that someone is a small brain? You're literally just parroting something because you know it's "in". Fucking pathetic.
What's even worse is that you have to play as Trevor for a few missions because Michael and Franklin are lying low after doing that Jewelry Store Heist.
>7 years later
WAIT REALLY?
keep up, boomer
>Adios turd nuggets
It wasn't that. It's just a pretty normal hack writer thing to do; introduce a new character that kills an old one in order to build up the new character.
Michael is the best protag in the history of the series. You can go now.
Fucking kill yourself you disgusting schizo.
Honestly I thought Michael's ending was better, even though I liked him. He got out of crime at the cost of the death of one of his crew, was a dumbass and got himself dragged back into it, then died as a result. The "fuck the villians" ending would of been fine with just Michael and Trevor, who had actual antagonists who were a threat to them, versus Franklin who had some nigger who didn't feel like any threat at all.
It felt like they wanted a generic "happy family" ending even though Michael's family problems were entirely his family. It's hard to feel sympathetic towards a cheater, someone who wants to ruin their life by being a massive whore, and a useless neckbeard who wants to ruin his life by being a gangbanger even though he doesn't know what that actually is. Hell, I think they realized this since Michael's family has their issues resolved in like five minutes with them changing to be better for no reason, with a "You sure learned your lesson Michael" thrown in even though he didn't even do anything to begin with.
user go outside not everybody is a retarded racist like you.
>
>Is using simp the biggest sign that someone is a small brain? You're literally just parroting something because you know it's "in". Fucking pathetic.
fucking what a hot take user, wow
> another thread turned into politics
Is this scene where the "Trevor is bisexual" meme came from? Because he says he's going to fuck him in the ass?
Yeah, GTA 5 would've worked great as a master-apprentice story with Michael sharing his criminal wisdom with an ambitious Franklin. Lamar could have a greater role as a comedic foil to Franklin and try to keep him grounded as he gets more and more successful and starts to forget his roots.
Trevor still shows up after the first heist as a reminder that Michael's past isn't entirely behind him. Keep some of his actions in like him torturing that immigrant and the cannibal soup to show how unhinged he is, but don't make him playable as that will inevitably create an empathetic connection between the player and the character. Also fuck the entire Floyd part of the game. I have no idea how people can look at how Trevor just barged into some random guy's life, literally rape him on a daily basis, and subsequently kill him and his bitch of a wife because... reasons and then say "yep, this character is totally chill and I'm rooting for him". Trevor would be a guy you gun down with impunity in any other GTA besides V
It's strongly implied that he frequently rapes Wade's cousin when he stays at his apartment.
Oh shit, tripfag talks like a faggot. Who would have thought?
