I've been playing it a lot. It's fun but also extremely dependent on having a team that doesn't suck. If I queue DPS and the tanks suck, it's pretty much guaranteed a shit match.

So the role queue is good in a way, but without being able to switch to whatever is needed, it seems like I get fucked by shit teams more often

The OW team's balance changes are based on hero pick and/or winrates per comp season.
They cannot for their life figure out how the fuck they can balance anything at all so it's not the same 6 or 7 heroes out of a cast of almost (or over? haven't kept up) 30 heroes.
So they just kinda brute forced it. A retarded solution, but they are retarded so it's just fitting.

The balance is terrible and they are dead set on enforcing the holy trinity which is boring as hell. Why can't they let Ana be the clutch hybrid she was always meant to be?
