I remember that one time the devs of this POS, hyped up the Songbird as some RE3 Nemesis-esque stalker enemy that would be on you're trail for the entire duration of the game......Only to end up being a literal cutscene monster in the final game............

Infinite is an action game through-and-through, even moreso than Bioshock 2. Every single component of the game is overly simplified. The ending is also shit. I'd recommend stopping after 2. Save your money and buy the Minerva's Den DLC.

Bioshock: Infinite is just Call of Duty disguised as a "brainy" FPS, so the people that want the braindead gameplay and dudebro reward system don't have to feel ashamed for playing CoD.

Nah, Infinite might not be as good as the others but it's still solid. Its problems are simply much more obvious than BS1 and 2. The story is disjointed as fuck and it feels like three or four games duct-taped into one. The visuals are sweet, though.

The DLCs are a bit of a meme though. The first one annoys me to do end due to the weird, weird way they wrote adult Elizabeth, and the second has a plot in which it is beyond obvious the head writer enjoys smelling their own farts and simply HAD TO have it wrap around to the beginning of the series, even when it didn't really work.
They're still playable, but in retrospect I'd rather not play it rather than be annoyed at what I got.
