Stop being a faggot. I was in this same position last year. Just ask her out, don't make a big deal about "am I ready to commit" before you've even gone out with her. If she says yes then you can just make it a casual hangout and see where it goes and if she says no it will become a lot easier to forget about her. I got my crush's number and later found out she had a boyfriend. Week or two later I stopped thinking about her. Much easier now, though I'd take crushing on another guy's girlfriend over the current pandemic woes.
