The release point is largely irrelevant, these games aren't built around switch hardware and are gimped significantly on the switch, they are effectively ports. with their original intended platform releases on PC/PS4 held back because nintendo paid. Yeah it is a port, the original PC version was developed and held back, you're talking about the chronology of release, not the actual internal development release precedence, which in every case has had games made for PC/PS4 first and foremost, had all of their trailers rendered on that hardware, and all gameplay demos shown on that hardware.
As far as third parties are concerned switch is a joke not worth making games for, they want to release these games on other more lucrative hardware, but choose to use switch possibly because of historical reasons, outside of that it's a mystery, they hate nintendo, they hate the hardware and these games 100% of the time undersell on switch by less than half. So their hatred for the platform and the platform holder is completely justified, they just need to jump on Capcoms game and ignore the hardware outright.
