I dunno, I actually feel like it's pretty unique as a narrative-driven platforming game. Like it's maps are not nearly as theme-parky as Banjo's and shit, but it's because they don't need to be. They only need to contain the objectives necessary to move the plot forward. I really do think that's unique, I can't think of anything else like BFD.
